This site is dedicated to the memory of Timothy Treadwell and his girlfriend, Amie Huguenard. Treadwell, an environmentalist, spent 13 years in Alaska researching grizzly bears. Treadwell and Huguenard were eaten by a bear in 2003. Audio of their last moments were caught on Tim's camera. (The lens cap was on but the audio was recorded.)
